Scope of Work

Cylinder covers were fully stripped from valves and fittings, chemically cleaned and checked by dye penetration, while cooling passages were restored to ensure proper heat transfer.
Pistons and rods were dismantled and inspected, including piston crown, skirt, and liner condition, followed by hydraulic testing and reassembly with new piston rings.
Bearing inspections were carried out on main, crosshead, and crankpin bearings, including clearance measurements and reporting, ensuring all components were within maker limits.
