In this project carried out in Tuzla, Turkey, our team successfully completed a full overhaul of the MAN B&W 6S50MC-C main engine and the HIMSEN 6H21/32 auxiliary engine, delivering critical mechanical work with precision and full compliance to OEM standards. From cylinder cover reconditioning and piston overhauling to fuel pump calibration, bearing inspections and crankshaft deflection measurements, all works were executed by INJEGOV’s experienced personnel, both onboard and in our workshop facilities.

Main Engine Overhaul
In this recent project, INJEGOV successfully completed overhaul works on a MAN B&W 6S50MC-C main engine.
The scope included dismantling and workshop overhauling of cylinder covers, complete piston and rod overhaul, stuffing box servicing, liner cooling jacket reconditioning, and inspection of main, crosshead, and crankpin bearings. Additional works involved crack detection and welding repair of combustion areas, ensuring all components were restored according to OEM specifications.
Executed with precision, controlled procedures, and full compliance with maker standards, the project demonstrates INJEGOV’s capability to handle complex main engine overhauls efficiently and reliably.
HIMSEN 6H21/32
Auxiliary Engine Overhaul
In this recent project, INJEGOV successfully completed a full overhaul of a HIMSEN 6H21/32 auxiliary engine, covering all major components of the generator unit.
The scope included dismantling and workshop overhauling of cylinder heads, complete piston and connecting rod overhaul, and reconditioning of high-pressure fuel pumps. All components were cleaned, calibrated, tested, and reassembled with spares, while crankshaft deflection measurements were carried out before and after the overhaul to verify proper alignment.
Executed with accuracy and full compliance to maker specifications, the project highlights INJEGOV’s capability to deliver reliable auxiliary engine overhauls under demanding operational conditions.
