Auxiliary Engine Overhaul
In this recent project, INJEGOV successfully completed a full overhaul of a MAN-B&W 6L23/30H auxiliary engine—including the complete removal and renewal of the crankshaft and engine block.
The scope covered dismantling of all major components, rigging and transport of the old block and crankshaft, precision alignment of the new units, and full reassembly with Owner-supplied spares. Additional works included on-site honing, liner and cover reconditioning, and piston crown machining, ensuring every part of the engine met OEM standards.

Main Engine Overhaul
In this recent project, INJEGOV successfully completed a full onboard overhaul of a MAN-B&W 6S60MC-C main engine—restoring full performance with minimal disruption to vessel operations.
The scope included overhaul of pistons, cylinder covers, liners, and stuffing boxes, on-site honing of liners, and replacement of piston crowns. Fuel pumps were reconditioned and calibrated, while piston crowns underwent SAW welding, annealing, CNC machining, and hard chrome plating—all in line with OEM specifications.
Executed efficiently and to the highest standards, this overhaul highlights INJEGOV’s ability to deliver precision engine services under demanding conditions.
