INJEGOV SA Receives ESG Rating Certificate

by | Dec 16, 2025 | NEWS

INJEGOV SA has received an ESG Rating B through the Synesgy platform by ICAP CRIF, confirming a moderate–high level of sustainability aligned with international ESG standards.

INJEGOV SA has successfully completed its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) assessment through the Synesgy platform by ICAP CRIF, achieving an ESG Rating B, which corresponds to a Moderate–High level of sustainability.
The ESG rating confirms that INJEGOV SA demonstrates a strong level of alignment with ESG principles, assessed within a framework that takes into account the company’s sector of activity and geographical context, and is aligned with internationally recognized sustainability standards.

What the ESG Rating Represents

The Synesgy ESG rating system follows a multi-level scale (A–E), where Rating B indicates that a company goes beyond basic or minimum ESG compliance and applies structured environmental, social and governance practices.

For INJEGOV SA, this rating reflects:

  • a mature and organized approach to ESG management,
  • practices aligned with recognized sustainability frameworks,
  • and a solid basis for continuous improvement.

Assessment Aligned with International ESG Frameworks

The Synesgy ESG methodology is aligned with leading international sustainability standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The assessment evaluates the most material ESG parameters, ensuring that environmental responsibility, social impact and governance structures are examined in a balanced and comprehensive manner.

Sector- and Geography-Adjusted ESG Evaluation

A key feature of the Synesgy assessment is that ESG performance is evaluated in relation to both the company’s sector of activity and its geographical context. This approach ensures that ESG expectations are realistic, comparable and relevant for industrial and mechanical engineering companies operating in Greece.

Given the increased ESG complexity typically associated with industrial activities — including environmental impact management, occupational health and safety and governance controls —

achieving an ESG Rating B indicates a level of ESG maturity that exceeds baseline compliance expectations for the sector.

ESG as a Strategic Business Priority

INJEGOV SA views ESG not as a one-off assessment, but as a strategic business priority and an ongoing process of improvement. The ESG Rating B represents an important milestone that supports:

  • increased transparency toward clients and partners,
  • stronger corporate credibility in international collaborations and tenders,
  • and long-term, sustainable business development.

The company remains committed to further strengthening its ESG performance and enhancing its sustainability practices in future assessment cycles.

ESG Rating Validity

The ESG Rating was issued on 15 December 2025 through the Synesgy platform and is valid until 18 December 2026. The assessment was conducted based on information voluntarily submitted by INJEGOV SA and provided by ICAP CRIF S.A.
