Integrated marine repair capabilities across three strategic maritime hubs
INJEGOV operates an integrated network of mechanical workshops in Piraeus, Tuzla and Shanghai, providing specialised repair, machining and component reconditionig services to the international maritime industry.
From heavy-duty machining, welding and laser cladding to governor overhaul and testing, each facility has been developed to meet the technical requirements of shipowners, ship managers and Technical Departments. Strategically positioned near major ship repair zones in Europe and Asia, the three workshops combine engineering expertise, advanced equipment and controlled in-house processes.
This international workshop network enables INJEGOV to support demanding marine repair projects with efficient coordination, consistent quality control and transparency throughout every stage of the work.
Mechanical Workshop in Piraeus, Greece
Heavy-duty engineering in the heart of Greece’s ship repair zone
INJEGOV’s 4,500 sqm mechanical workshop near Piraeus has 3,000 sqm of operational workshop space and 1,500 sqm of storage and offices. The facility provides the infrastructure and lifting capacity required for complex marine and industrial repair projects.
Dedicated areas for machining, welding, inspection, chrome plating and laser cladding allow multiple repair stages to be completed and coordinated in-house. This integrated approach strengthens quality control, reduces unnecessary component transportation and helps Technical Departments avoid preventable project delays.
The workshop’s heavy-duty machining capabilities support the inspection, repair and restoration of large marine engine components, from initial dimensional inspection and machining to welding, surface restoration and final verification.
Key capabilities of the Piraeus mechanical workshop
- Advanced 6 kW laser cladding cell with robotic arm
- Two SAW/MIG welding booms and three welding manipulators
