Disassembly & Component Inspection
The actuator was fully dismantled, and its components were cleaned and inspected. Visual and dimensional checks formed the basis of the workshop assessment before repair works and reassembly.
This stage provided access to the actuator’s internal mechanism, allowing individual components to be examined as part of the reconditioning process.
Spare Parts Replacement & Reassembly
The reconditioning scope included HEINZMANN StG 90-03 repair kits supplied directly from our stock by INJEGOV’s Spare Parts Department, bringing workshop expertise and spare parts support together within the same service.
Following completion of the repair works, the actuator was reassembled and prepared for running tests and adjustment.
Testing on a Dedicated HEINZMANN Unit
The reassembled actuator underwent running tests and adjustments on the HEINZMANN GmbH Actuator Calibration & Testing Unit. Final checks were carried out according to the manufacturer’s standards and specifications.
By combining mechanical reconditioning with dedicated testing equipment, INJEGOV completed both the repair and verification stages within its workshop.
