The GEISLINGER Sales Meeting brought together an international network of industry leaders, partners, and technical experts. It was a dynamic blend of strategic sessions, innovation showcases, and genuine connection—set against the inspiring backdrop of Austria’s engineering heritage.
Representing INJEGOV were our Managing Director, Mr. Alexandros Kalampokas, and Sales Manager, Mr. Angelos Laskaridis, both of whom engaged in high-level discussions and returned with valuable insights into the future of engine technologies and partner collaboration.
Day One:
Welcomes, Insights & Global Trends
The meeting commenced with a warm welcome dinner at Goldene Kugel, setting the tone for an engaging week ahead.
Highlights:
- Opening remarks by Torsten Philipp and Adrian Geislinger.
- Presentations on Innovation & Product Management by Philipp Stuhlpfarrer, Benjamin Geislinger, and Florian Zeitler, focused on product evolution and market value strategies.
- A deep dive into Business Development & Marketing by Alexander Kari, Emily Watschinger, and Viktoria Woskoboinik, showcasing the digital future of sales.
- An insightful session on Global Market Trends & Success Stories from China, Korea, the USA, and Japan, ending with a tour and dinner at the historic Augustinerbräu.
Day Two:
Sales Excellence and Partner Integration
Day two placed the spotlight on sales performance, strategic growth, and the strength of partner ecosystems.
The morning opened with an empowering talk on Sales Excellence by Andreas Köfler and Uwe Merl, laying the foundation for the highlight of the day—and for INJEGOV, the entire event.

During a featured session on Partner Integration, Mr. Alexandros Kalampokas took center stage to present INJEGOV’s journey and achievements as a Geislinger Partner. Later, the GEISLINGER Sales Awards celebrated standout contributions from partners across the world, followed by a technical plant tour to INNIO Jenbacher.
Day three:

The final day centered around an in-depth Geislinger Workshop, encouraging hands-on collaboration and open dialogue between technical experts and business leaders. It provided the perfect platform for sharing insights, refining strategies, and strengthening relationships built throughout the week.
