One of our engines has sustained significant damage. Except for onboard service, can you also provide spare parts for our engine?
Of course. We carry a large stock of reconditioned, class-approved major engine parts. Crankshafts, connecting rods, liners, and cylinder heads engine blocks are among those. Moreover, we provide minor parts like injection parts, sealing kits, etc., from reputable suppliers and on-exchange programs.
My ship has a short port call, and I want to overhaul or recondition my governors. Can you help?
Yes, we can. We can offer you reconditioning services with fast turnaround times due to our vast availability of technicians and stock of spare parts for all governor brands. If time is not enough, we have a large inventory of on-exchange units ready to ship within a few hours from order. Our technicians can install the governors onboard or provide remote support and troubleshooting if required. Installation instructions accompany all on-exchange units so the crew can proceed with a trouble-free installation.

The piston ring grooves of my four-stroke diesel generator pistons are beyond the maker's wear limit. Should I scrap them, or can they be reconditioned?

Our company has significant experience in gas engine maintenance for many types of engines and parts suitable for Jenbacher, MWM, MAN. Our Fuel Injection Equipment has surpassed the makers' suggested operating hours. Can you offer me any options?
With our spare parts reconditioning services, we can provide such critical and expensive components a second life at a fraction of the cost of buying new ones especially when it comes to plungers and barrels, nozzles, spindle guides, non-return valves, etc. We can provide the same on a turn-key basis too. We can board your vessel remove fuel pumps, injectors, etc., to our workshop, and after overhaul, we install back on the engine with reconditioned components.
Do you provide your services far from your bases?
Yes, we do. Our company offers riding teams consisting of experienced technicians that can fly at short notice to provide troubleshooting and overhauling services onboard anywhere in the world.
We know that you represent a good number of reputable engine component makers. Do you keep a stock of spare parts on your premises ready to ship?
Yes. All critical and fast-moving items are available in our store for immediate dispatch. If we run out of stock in any essential spare part, we usually restock it in 48 hours.
