We offer permanent job based in Piraeus, Greece.

Job Requirements:

  • To be able to work in Robotic Systems and cells in the welding workshop.
  • To be able to control the parts coming out of the Cells according to the Quality requirements set.
  • To perform the general daily maintenance and cleaning operations of the machines.
  • To report daily production numbers.
  • To report the malfunctions, deficiencies and downtime to the relevant unit and supervisor in a timely manner.
  • To participate in training for robot operation

Desired Skills and Specializations:

  • Previously worked in Robotic systems preferably FANUC
  • Knowledge of Welding fundamentals.
  • Able of basic programming of Robot and write trajectory.
  • Preferably have basic knowledge of PLC and Automation.
  • Open to self-development and learning new things.
  • Able to work regularly.
  • Completed military service.
  • At least basic knowledge of technical drawing reading.
  • Right to live and work in the EU

Marketing Assistant | Greece

You will play a key role in ensuring our daily marketing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement various tasks, support strategic initiatives, and help enhance our brand visibility across different channels. The purpose of the role is to support our marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Manage basic content updates on the company website, ensuring all content is properly linked and displayed, and upload various content types (blog posts, case studies, team updates)
  • Assist in executing email marketing campaigns by scheduling emails based on provided templates and managing and updating email lists to ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate predefined marketing performance reports, including metrics for social media engagement, website traffic, and email campaigns

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of marketing tools/strategies, including, social media, email marketing, events etc.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.A University Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a relevant field is a strong advantage.

Spare Parts Operator | Greece

INJEGOV S.A. is a leading company in the fields of mechanical services and maintenance in the shipping, energy, and oil & gas sectors, as well as a distributor for various manufacturers of engine components and equipment.

We are looking for a competent and active senior spare parts operator to handle the sales orders and associated operations of spare parts and equipment supplied by the company in Greek and international markets

Responsibilities

  • Organize customer spare parts inquiries
  • Prepare quotations and offers in cooperation with the sales manager
  • Follow up with customers and provide useful feedback on quotations
  • Coordinate procurement of material and spares
  • Handle spare parts orders, including order acknowledgment, customer and supplier communications, and order deliveries
  • Handle spare parts department filing and data collection
  • Monitor and coordinate logistics and customs issues regarding spare parts orders deliveries
  • Maintain good working relations with all stakeholders including customers and suppliers

Qualifications

  • University degree with good technical back-round
  • Minimum five (5) years in sales or purchasing positions in the fields of marine and stationary engines or industrial equipment sales and service
  • Experience in the field of 2/4 stroke engine part sales for marine & stationary applications
  • Experience in logistics and operations
  • Fluent in English
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Driving license
